Do not sell or share my personal information

CCPA/CPRA disclosure · setupanalytics.com

SetupAnalytics does not sell or share personal information about California residents — or about any visitor — to third parties for advertising, audience-building, or any other purpose. This page documents that position and explains how to verify it.

Position

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. SetupAnalytics has nothing to opt out of: no cross-context behavioural advertising is conducted, no advertising identifiers are collected, no third-party analytics or marketing platform receives visitor data, and no commercial transfer of personal information takes place.

Verifications

If your situation is different

If you have submitted a contact form, joined a mailing list, or otherwise interacted with the site and want confirmation that no further processing has occurred, write to the address on the Contact page. A reply will arrive within 45 days, the CCPA statutory window. No identity-verification beyond the address you wrote from is required, because the dataset is small enough to verify by hand.

Future changes

If the site ever begins selling or sharing personal information — for example, by introducing a sponsorship program with cross-site tracking — this page will be updated and a notice will appear on the changelog at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Material changes will trigger a notification to anyone who has previously contacted the site through the contact form.

Effective date

This disclosure is current as of 2026-05-07. Prior to this date, the same position held but had not been published as a separate page.

This notice describes the position of setupanalytics.com. It is not a model “Do Not Sell” page for your site. For implementing your own CCPA notice, see the Do Not Sell or Share link · CCPA/CPRA template.
